If an inefficient worker performs his job carefully,
he acquires efficiency. The job which gives satisfaction to its doer is a
prospective job. A reward helps a man to grow a habit. Whatever inspires a
living bring to do something, is called inspiration. The demands which inspires
a living being to gain it, is called the desired object. Mentality is the
source of one’s inspiration and his body is the source of action. There is no
universalism of hunger, thirst, sex, maternity, sleep, biological and social
inspiration. Sometimes, presence of more than one inspiration creates confusion
in one’s mind. Everybody is borne with some natural instincts, efficiency
depends on such natural tendencies. Abundance of job increases the merit and
efficiency of a person. Efficiency is such thing, by which all kinds of wealth
can be gained. Few things seem to be impossible to them who are efficient and
austere. No job remains undone for a particular person. If you want to get some
job done well you should give responsibility to a busy man, because, there are
none efficient to do it. We get recognition for doing a job on the basis of our
efficiency. For example, we are recognized as a courageous man for our
courageous activities. Our efficiency encourages us to do a job. Efficiency is
the greatest asset of poor people. Genius is a power and efficiency is a technique.
Efficiency is nothing but the combination of experience and habit. The power
which one should hold upto the last stage of life is to remain alert about
one’s responsibility. When our conduct strengthens our sense of responsibility,
we don't get any time to do anything out of our responsibilities. But during
tender age, those are neglected, a person get abundant of leisure. A life without
responsibility is soft like a boneless body, which cannot exist. A hard thing
becomes easy by self-confidence. A hard thing does not remain hard forever.
Whatever is to be done by yourself, won't be done by a petition, it is
meaningless to give advices for which you are to sacrifice your interest. In
our professional lives, we are evaluated by our power, technique, knowledge,
experience and efficiency. Compete with the person who is excellent to improve
yourself. Work and confidence are equally important. We should be attentive to
our jobs. For attentive to your work for any kind of job, a temperature of 68
degree Fahrenheit is perfect. We should first complete the new, important
and hard jobs. And should do the routine, easy and less important jobs later
on. We should not keep papers, books or anything else except the things
required for the job we are doing now. We can do more work if we make a change
in our works. Do your job attentively and properly for which you are engaged.
He makes less mistake who plans for today’s work in the previous night. Time
calculates the classification of efficiency. Happiness and work shorten time.
The job which is properly arranged can be done quickly. It is hard to start a
good job. A good start is half done. We start a job with great zeal, but after
a few days, we lose zeal and become lifeless. You can’t do a job properly if
you start a job without mental preparation. The easiest way of doing many
things at a time, is to do the things one by one. A saint is efficient in
honest deeds and a thief is efficient in theft. One gains efficiency in
something after doing it repeatedly. Kings know jewels and dogs know dirts.
Repetition and austerity are required to attain efficiently. Suitable
environment and instruments improves efficiency. Practice is necessary for
attaining anything. A hard job becomes easier by continuous exercise and
practice. Anything can be done accurately by regular exercise and practice.
What we follow or practice, that becomes permanent. The subject or issue
practiced make it permanent, the proper practice brings perfectness. To be
expert of something, austerity for many years is required. A job can be done
very easily and quickly, if done with sincerity. A regular practice is required
to attain efficiency in some job. Every time, you are to be habitual with the
job by practicing it again and again within a short time. Nothing is learnt
properly, if you don't do it yourself. If you arrange your jobs properly, you
can save much time and energy. While doing a hard job pretend that the job is
easy and interesting, in this way, you can prosper quickly. Learn how to act
not how to react. Probability changes one’s feelings and encourages him to take
up a new job. The early you can inspire yourself, the early you can start your
job. Not accurately but doing a job nicely and timely, is important. Domestic
works are equally important like outdoor works. Always try to improve your
professional efficiency. It is better to do your works with mutual discussion
and with the help of constructive critics. He will surely prosper in his life
who is sincere to his job and is well behaved. There are two ways of prospering
in life, those are either through one’s own diligence or learning lessons from
other’s foolies. If you want prosper in your life, you are to be wise but show
yourself as a fool outwardly. He scarcely is expert in any job who is expert in
showing excuses. Talk less, your job will be done automatically. Bees work for men,
but they never smash the followers, but after collecting honey, they leave the
flowers intact and beautiful as before. A machine can do more than many
ordinary people can do. But no machine can do what an extra ordinary man can
do. He who does his work by himself, makes many mistakes but enjoys his work
much. Those who make less mistakes, prosper surely in their lives. The main
problem with the active people is that they don't have confidence on others'
efficiency. They are always afraid that what they won't do themselves, may be
spoiled by others. Be dutiful, then others will not ask for explanation from
you. Patience is must to pass through the path of life. Be confident on Allah,
be patient and diligent, the cloud of woes will go away from above your head.
Every entity is obliged to explain for its deeds. Result of the deeds of the
world is given in the life hereafter. Do two good things after doing a bad
thing. Working efficiency is the best friend of human beings. A bird relies on
its wings when it flies. Everybody should have confidence on his working
capability. Combination of efficiency and firm belief is like a unconquerable
soldier.
