Every action should have an ideology behind it. During
a war the citizens are to be inspired by patriotic spirits. If you loot
everything of the people do it for trading only and if you want to make them
slaves do it only with a royal ideology. Remain alone while enjoying but be
united when working. Wealth comfort and happiness are personal mater butt
charitable institutions educational institutions religious functions trade and
commences are all collective matters. A mans intelligence is sharpened through
continuous struggle in the battle field of nature. In the highly industrialized
countries everyday people are showing their capabilities in different ways as
such they don’t think themselves negligible life as a dream and the world an
illusion. We believe many things but cannot materialize those and we are
different from the westerns. As a mule is everywhere a mule a British is
everywhere a British. The western know how to disbelieve something by heart we
don’t have the moral strength to disbelieve wrong thing. We want to relax by
forgetting something we feel relived if we can belief something somehow. We are
always ready to maintain which is unnecessary, to accept which is not
honourable to merge with the matters which are against us. When cheating makes
it place strongly in trade brotherly relations convert into enmity and
deprivation laws and justice of a country breakes down. Strong people
maltreats the weak ones and
corruption extorts the common people then exchange of cash becomes the only
basis of relationship among people and
as a result crime grows higher and higher day by day. A new suitable and reasonable social system is
to be designed to remove misdeeds, injustice and oppression from the society.
And to solve the problem by this system first of all a model test is to be
shown and then the state is to be
protected from chaos and dangerous state and then technical efficiency and
knowledge are to be adapted for common purpose. People are to be asked whether
they want heaven or hell. They are to be
told to act according to their choice. A long term misrule makes people
mentally rebellious. Strong greed, anger, envy, revenge, rebellion of people
are going to increasing, all these ache the heart. Every person thinks
separately powerful to encourage a disappointed, frustrated, pessimistic
person. Today the mastering power belongs to mean minded. Dissatisfaction among
different classes of people and at different levels of society was gathering
strength as exploitation and repression continued to increase. The controllers of
the society has been controlling the statutory system to preserve the class
interest of powerful and affluent people and to use the general people as per
will. To abolish those chaos, it is necessary to abolish the class system
instead of creating chaos in a new way. There is a lack of good management at
all stages. The principle of justice never goes to favour of the majority. Try to make the
society happy and prosperous by eradicating all discrimination, the rulers of
the society go contrary. Civil rights, equal rights, universal education
introduce the developed society. As pearl grows in the oyster, man develops
himself in social environment. His education and training goes on continuing
every where. The society is continuously changing with education facilitating
language development and revolution. Seeing any event from faraway, and looking
into the matter with keen observation, gives a separate result forever. For
example, the right of food, cloth, housing, health, education, disability,
widowing, aging, social services, insufficiency of livelihood an uncertainty
etc. The function of concealing the basic problems of person, society and
state, conflict of interest and injustice, to deceive people, is called
negative act. In a static society, the poor sections are kept in ignorance of
the worldly happiness and comfort. So that they become disinterested towards
some matters, like the poor people under going starving and sufferings, enrich
the society. To handle the labour force strict ruling system, superstition,
creating confrontation in labour organization, destabilization of labour force
and so many are existed. Increasing of the national income doesn’t mean
reduction of poverty. The hard-earned money remitted by expatriate is spent in
unproductive sector. The rulers or ruling class tries to contract the pose
through ignorance, darkness, superstition false faith. Because they never make
allegation or protest, don’t try to take share from, their lord, even they
learn to wait life hare after for getting what they have not got. To make them
dependent division in education is made in such a way that they cannot
ameliorate themselves to upper position. It is in a classified way that, they
are given education to make them self confident and independent, and some are
given training to be carefull and dependent. Someone is told that it is
possible to make wish fulfillment by own power, someone is told that is
necessary to depend on others to make ones dream to reality. Again, for someone
such measures are taken for development of intellect, and someone is make
prepared to carryout order. Coordination between the personal causes and
objective theory, the revolutionary movement becomes irresistible. It is
responsibility of politics to censure interest of all classes, politics without
relation to economies cannot bring about revolution. This revolution is the
political revolution. In social revolution, it is to be remembered that, in no
way a catastrophe is brought to production system which social structure might
be disrupted. It is essential to be united for change. It is the nature of
living objects to consume everything, or to remove them with utmost extort. The
power of the united people centering the new program, attitude and expectation
is called revolution. Reaching to a point of discussion is possible on the
basis of nationality, geographical location, religion, trade, method of
exchange, currency etc. Lack of security and an unstable condition may break
down long inherited customs of a society. A culture is grown through or long
social process. Consciousness is required to build a nation. Only a willful
consciousness can give motion to the struggle against poverty hunger and
deprivation. Dependability regarding thoughts, consciousness and way of
thinking at a stage makes a nation crippled. When somebody cannot accept
something in accordance with his power of understanding cannot question about
something cannot understand something clearly, he is to accept everything
unconditionally. Students are the source of power backbone and future of a
nation. Students may make mistakes but all must accept those mistakes for the
greater national interest. It is quite natural that the students will do wrong
acts and the teachers will forgive those. Student have also right to join in
national affairs and to think about independence and subjugation of the country. They have also the right to
express about this right. Due to lack of
knowledge, courage and feeling for the people, solving their problems
has become so hard. People can make a road for their movement but they don't
understand its real importance. The sea duck are strong but the domestic ducks
are weak. Those are neither educated nor luxurious seldom become rebels. If we
continue efforts for bringing a change, change will surely come in our lives or
society. Social revolution is a must to establish a progressive society. Any
change is not possible without a revolution. A prevailing system will not go
automatically unless forceful drive. Propaganda can develop irresistible power
in society, if it can build up unity, that is ancillary to earn glory. To make
coordinated enterprise successful, it is necessary to develop some people
capable of leading and some to be leaded. In this case, eligibility ensures
achieving of power. In time of peril some people likes to surrender themselves
to the leadership of others. Against all kinds of obedience even attack, there
remain fear. Fear, rage, excitement lead people to be obedient to leaders.
Moreover by creating lucratively and fear, it is possible to make people loyal
to the leadership. Running any matter is more important than the process or the
system. No body should be compelled to do anything rather he is to be given
opportunity and time with patience. This will enable him to find out his own
way according to respective demand and enthusiasm. Fear and compulsory process
create one kind of disorder that is subversive of well and natural development.
The probability to be successful over the loyal fellows is very little without
the influence of leader. Leadership is relative, so the leader is to be skilled
and fast. Through making integration between faith and capability confidence on
leadership is to be created. First courage and later faith are to be provided
to followers with creation emotion and felling, for perfect leadership. They
can be motivated through coordinated pleasure, lecture, excited events, and
music. By creating different class organizations to obtain different
objectives, political practice through democracy and people’s aspirations are
possible to be materialized. To earn certain objectives, to perform dedicated
activities, the organized people is called organization. To create an
organization absolute power is needed. It is needed to capture the relation
between rules and organization, above all the ill-dominance of police and
government, different ministries and directoriets. Right is established over
the power. Blood shedding plays more effective role than the brain informing
opinion. Anarchy and autocracy both are destructive. It is the task of the
leadership to confine the collective elements of the fellows non confident to
restless, malignant and panicked systematic method, within the motion of the
movement. As a result, the leader can prove that activities are legal. Revolt
in a kingdom sometimes acts like a medicine and it is very essential to keep
any government healthy. Had there been no revolt, human society would become
like a lifeless object and these world have been no remedial action against
oppressions and injustice. When the conservatives stand united against social
evolution and don’t vacate rooms for the new generation, then itself gun powder
for revolt is started to be manufactured throughout the country behind the
screen. The old social prominent are always envious toward, any new system,
because they have become successful through a struggles conducted in a
traditional way. A revolt is a must to drive away the old thought, torn ideas,
prejudice and blind faiths. A revolution can bring changes. Because the
feudalist and the reactionary class always oppose all practical changes. It we
want full liberty first of all, we should revolt against all lead systems and
against all restrictions for expressions of rights. People rebel only when they
are deprived of their legitimate rights. The fire of revenge grows in the heart
of the oppressed does not only burn the oppressors into ashes but it also burns
many other things. One of the reasons of dissatisfaction in a state is the
situation where educated people are more then the job opportunities. The social
reformers should always look into the root of everything. Because no permanent
solution is derived without uprooting a problem. An anti-people government
always wants to keep people illiterate, ignorant and in dark. Justification of
a revolt depends on its success. We should understand the difference between
the verses and the saint. A particular person cannot be the root of a
revolution. In all ages the most powerful source of revolution is the people. Financial status or reason and
the member of the participating struggling people is the root of all national
and international changes. Due to
difference of give and take between the rulers and ruled is the root
cause of all revolutions. A habit of leading life prompted by others weakens a
man's moral courage and his mental satisfaction. Social peace comes only by an
ultimate revolution. Religious can do that with a strong determination. People will be neglectful
toward duty grievous frustrated and then
rebel in the society where sense of morality breaks down. They will be inspired
for new sense of evaluation and customs. A lively dynamic and great revolutionary change in a society and nation is possible by revolutionary changes in
persons mentality, attitude and morality if there is a well coordinated clear
specific and a particular goal and if
there is a well planned and a proper system for inspiring and rewarding for
reaching the goal is there. Stand of people is much more strong in the movement
for dethroning the rulers. Because people have nothing to lose. An outburst
does not occur out of wants only but a vigorous anger is to be mixed up with
it. Formula of a revolution is hunger plus anger. A revolution is created as a
result of chemical reaction between hunger and anger. A movement does not grow
out of wants only. People struts struggle when they want to change their life
style. In order to attain the indispensable objects man cannot but spend such
amount of labour that, very little energy is left to achieve other objectives.
In it, there is no apprehension for the greed of power. Despite the plan of a
state, it is never possible to create equal opportunity for all. The integrated
development of the local government is the development of the national government. Without right and
access to food and raw materials and development in industry, no nation can
earn power. If the labours have opportunity to developed, the skilled labour
become conservative, therefore, they remain off from revolution. General people
takes the side of the rich, because their life and livelihood depends on the
rich. It is needed to practice the constitution well for a specific period to
establish influence on the thought and feeling of the people. People generally
depends on the apply method. If some influential, powerful persons apply any
theory instead of general public during the same, then everyone becomes
attracted to that. It is possible to turn the public consent in favour by
giving education to people to be eligible. The purpose of the traditional
morality is to activate the existing social system, that is easy and more
effective. Man gets opportunity as per interest to practice always among some
of the readymade alternatives, and competition makes him more attractive, like
political party of any country. Education for conducting a proper
administration, to create patriotism, implementation of legislative, judicial,
executive body can prevent revolt of the people. Landless, propertyless and
farthingless people, marginal labours and peasants, undeveloped and
unprivileged classes of people, low-paid workers and employees, political
workers, suppressed and screened out govt. employees, obstructed and
loan-burned business class, dishonoured teachers, powerless religious teachers and
alike including all other maltreated and suppressed classes of people act as
the elements of revolution in a society. Socio-economic disparity,
misappropriation of power, carelessness of the administration, conflicts among
the parties and the communities due to political reasons, personal conflicts in
the shape of politics and unfair competition in the elections, under
development of a particular region in comparison with the other regions of the
country, misdistribution of wealth, communal disturbances, conspiracies of the
different parts of administration, misdistribution of facilities, corruptions,
threatening etc. are the causes of destruction and revolt in a nation. Too much
abundance of income of the high govt. officials, want of daily essentials commodities
and services by the low-paid govt. employees, for example, insufficient living
accommodation, conveyance, food, clothing etc. in this regard rationing system
is desired. Conspiracy between the govt. officials and the different classwise
organizations or associations, strong tie among the aristocrats and absence of
effective intelligence forces are the causes of revolts. Want of basic
requirements, lawlessness, frustration, epidemic, communalism, unwanted changes
in economic, social, political and religious matters, want of good relation
with the non-communalist and good neighbourly countries, control on market and
improper taxes, laws and judicial systems are also the cause of revolt.
Weakness in administration grows due to the class-interest of the aristocrats,
their conflicts and offensive behaviours, attitudes to show supremacy, unruly
activities, power mongering and their conflicts. People become undisciplined
due to weakness of a government. Sufficient production and its equitable
distribution is the foremost responsibility of a government, because it is the
suppressed and oppressed people of the society who become rebels in a country.
One become a leader through his popular activities. There must be a party and a
constructive manifesto of the party to make a nation conscious and
well-organized. To develop a society modern technology must be adopted.
Improved ideology of the world community is to be followed. We are to make our
working plans in the light of our ability, desires and wisdom. There are many
sides of a nation which need to be developed otherwise a nation cannot be
called a developed nation. A movement is to be enhanced consciously after being
aware of its immediate and long effects. We are to work continuously and
tirelessly to materialize our ideology. Principles like justice, equity,
liberty, discipline, patriotism, humanity etc. should be the motto of our
society. We are to acquire knowledge according to the requirement and
characteristics of our nation. We are to conduct movement throughout our
country for publicity of our programs and for implementing the same through
professional associations and well-disciplined and well-trained volunteers
after shedding off social and religious prejudices. We are to congratulate and
inspire the revolutionaries to establish a peaceful welfare-oriented and
self-controlled society without envy and bitterness. Our movement should be
aimed at reforming our personal as well as national lives. We are to inspire
the revolutionary minded people and the backward classes for establishing a
meaningful life through hard work. We are to establish a decentralized
organization that cooperates all local and international resources to our
personal, family, communal, class oriented, local, national and international
related problems, solutions, opinions and suggestions. Well-trained and
well-disciplined volunteers are required to materialize this plan. Students of
the universities and colleges and the young people are to be trained upto
achieve this goal. When a wide spread and basic change comes in a nation, is
called a revolution. A nation cannot expect a positive change and a meaningful
freedom without making its poor class conscious about their rights and duties.
A civil defense organization should always maintain amity and discipline among
people in all circumstances, thus an effective law and order situation will
prevail. Firstly, we are to assemble infront of the administrative offices,
secretariat, courts, houses of the high officials and to express our protest
against all irregularities. Secondly, we are to make obstacles so that they
can’t avail the utility services like postal, telephone, electricity, food,
drink and sanitation services. Thirdly, we are to make obstructions to
movement, placing barricades on the path ways and to burn, against all national
enemies. Simply replacement of a government or a cabinet don’t bring any change
in a national life. Sometimes, a bitter medicine is to be given to a patient
for recovery. Likewise sometimes a strong strike is required to be given to
some particular persons or organizations to bring a normal environment in a
state or a society. Sometimes, medicine does not work for a patient and
surgical operation is needed. Thus the cruel process of surgical operation
through blood-shedding becomes the one way to save the life of a patient. An
aim or objective, a means or process and above all, support of the people are
essential for a successful revolution. At the same time, a nation should be
protected against foreign enemies and the reactionary groups. Poor people feel
with their hearts that a revolution will bring welfare for them. The privileged
class of people make hindrance to the way of progress, because they are worried
about the disposal of their properties in the new social system. A realistic
politician never wants to forcibly impose his philosophy on the people, because
in this way his leadership may be rejected by the people. We should conduct a
movement for establishing a good society and a good administration through
combined operation with different classes of people and different
organizations. Selling the conscience of a citizen in line of national interest
is worse than selling the sanctity of a prostitute. Because a prostitute sells
her sanctity for her survival but a traitor sells a nation as a whole out of
greed. A deceit has many appearances. So called liberty seeker leaders make
charisma for the people and they want that people should sacrifice their lives
for achieving personal gains of these leaders. Those who are exercising
authority power and are controlling everything in line of a negligible
responsibility are to be controlled effectively. Selfish people always give
away national interest. The politicians are looting the wealth of the people.
The businessmen are making business keeping their conscience aside. Police
force is humiliating the people. The judges are confused to take actions
against the ruling class and the dishonest officials. That means, people are
getting too little service in lieu of their loyalty to the government of the
state. The outdated system and administration are making hindrance and creating
indiscipline in the present situation. It is our duty to cooperate with the
rulers so long they maintain our dignity. But it is our duty as well to
non-cooperate with them when they loot public properties and snatch away their
rights. The main cause of backwardness of our society is not the malpractices
of the dishonest people but inactiveness of the honest people. Want of moral
courage for facing the reality and carelessness are the roots of our moral and
social decay. Our lives have become meaningless with our national problems like
want of food, unemployment, gradual destruction of national industries, lack of
sound health and education etc. Conflicts and clashes grow when there in lack
of coordination between an ideology and reality. A revolution
is not created but it occur.
Wants and poverty make a man coward and
compel rebel and undisciplined people
to be clean and patient. But it is quite different to control those who
are not satisfied with their present status, wants a change, have nothing to
lose, have a hope to gain something and a stomach to endure hunger. So it is
better to leave them to suppress them by killing oppressing and keeping
poor otherwise a ruler will become
hatred by them. One should always
be ready to repay the value of his birth as a human. Besides that a man has
much responsibilities for the ideology he believes. It is not so easy to leave
a religion all on a sudden which has been observed for centuries by a nation. A
mind is habituated to think according to the prevailing society. So, it is
difficult for it to adapt a new idea. As such a new idea should be nearer to
the prevailing ideas. People should be inspired for creative activities thus
they will be self sufficient. A number of shoes tear up between inspiration and
action. Inspiration and action are not the same, we ofcourse understand the
difference between a hawker and an advertiser. Whatever may be the gravity of
emergency, applying force for achieving something is always one sided. It
destroys but does not build. There are two sides for creativity the element of
creativity is to be convinced, not beaten ,and following its characteristics.
Those who have a creative tendency within them a hit for breaking them only
activates their power of creativity. Reforms are the corrective measures
against misuse and a revolution is the
handing over of power. The total history of establishment of rights of
mankind evidences only that all demands have been established through struggles
only. When there is no struggle, there is no progress. Revolution does not mean
disobedience revolution mean to say we
don't understand boldly when we don't understand anything. No method or
philosophy of a revolution does not grow or is
recognized within a short time. Since it is expressed ,it faces hard
test opposition, tease and reforms. Revolution means expansion of public
education and expansion of public
education is revolution. Reasons for a revolution is widespread but it gets
maturity in a particular place. When blood of
a body becomes contaminated boils grow in weaker parts of a body. A
revolution does not go in vain. Outburst of people is a strong decision maker.
In fact sovereign power is with the people. There is no royal power which can
resist the unresistible movement of the people. It is people who are behind all
histories of the world. Trust of the people is the only base of political
parties. A man becomes irritated when somebody revolts, become angry at a
protest by someone, is a human nature.
It is fact but no progress of the world or human society comes without a revolt
of a criticism. A murderer or a rapper also gets the shelter of law but to the
ruler that much security is not there for a man who is politically dangerous to
them. No government in the world encourages a rebel. Likely all the doors of
welfare shut down for the atheist. In this world a king is also required like a
father. Where a father is weak all children become rebels. Where the king is
weak lawlessness prevails among the subjects the nation goes toward ruin
through the passage of indiscipline. Where there is a kingdom and competent
ruler is also there it is wisely to be loyal to him. Otherwise punishment for
the disobedient rebels is a must. In this world, some are born to rule and some
are born to be ruled. Rulers depend on army and other security forces to remain
in power. They appoint loyal persons to them in the key posts of these forces
so that nobody can revolt against them. But when miscalculation occurs in this
regard, even the family members of the rulers and their class associates are
extirpate. The army which is powerful enough can save the people from distress.
To oppress some people to save the whole nation from distress is justified.
Security of a nation is its highest law. He who is loyal to his party is
doubtlessly loyal to his country. It is very easy for the majority group of
people to establish there rights. In short a generation hand over its torch to
the next generation like the runners. Each generation should do its duties
according to its own way. Timidness is not good, it encourages the wicked
people. He who does not protest against an oppression makes himself an insect.
He who cannot protest cannot expect a remedy. Cowards accept everything even a
chain. Courageous people protest resist stand up and hit back. Cowards are even
afraid of confront there own problems. Only to solve the present problem cannot
be the ultimate goal of a nation. To proceed forward new ways are to be found
out through research. In political terms a research is a movement. A nations
ideology can be guessed by its posters. To talk infront of public is more
deadly than the fear of death. Reasons behind it is the fear from segregation
from the society, fear from eroticism, fear from being a laughing stuff and
fear from being exiled. Fear from being disconnected with other, hinders a
man from finding out solution of a problem. The sleeping people are to be
awakened by a strike. Protest does not work all the time sometimes counter hits
are also required. Middle class people are everywhere opportunist, educated and
conscious. A social revolution is delayed due to their opportunistic and
compromising character. To the middle class people life is nothing but a
struggle. And to survive in any way is sometimes a great heroism. But among
them a group of people are there who are too lazy. They search for a short cut
way for an established life. Their method is compromise and co-ordination, they
are gentlemen, they are blue blooded by birth and try to fulfill their want
money in various ways through understanding recommendation or through
matrimonial relation. The most valuable thing of a life is struggle.
Perseverance is more important than its success. To be famous through a great
dead one is to struggle from the very beginning. A man gets what he wants, he
may want enjoyment, sacrifice, love, separation, ugliness, beauty, haven or
hell, everything is at his reach whatever he wants. You may pickup according to
your choice, nobody will interfere in your matter. Have you ever seen a cow
tied with a rope to die in starvation? It dies standing in a place yet if does
not break the peace of its master by tear off the rotten rope. To face the
uncertainties of life and to acquires practical knowledge is better than a
secured monotonous life. Class conflict indirectly favours the community
chiefs. Community conflicts may be controlled by controlling the heads of the
communities. A religion can make a strong and irresistible nationalism if
coordinated with suitable social and
financial forces. Those who rule a land rule its religions as well. Allah does
not improve the status of nation so long if tries to improve it. Before doing any
great deed you are to struggle at first. A man will not get exchange of
everything what he gives but he is to pay for what he has got, he is to work
hard to get it, he is to undergo sufferings, should sacrifice, even he is to
sacrifice his own life along with others if required. Mass movement is the best
and the speediest method for establishing peoples rights although educating
people about politics is a painful matter.
