immediately which make people frustrated, anxious, depressed, painful which
encourage people for anti-social, anti-religious, activities and instigate
people to be rebel. A government should encourage such arts and media which
present the ideas in favour of existence of God and present expressionist art.
A government should also encourage compulsory education, educational reforms,
short and long term and distant educations through different media and publication.
The education should include english language, mother language, humanity,
sociology, natural science, general science, engineering, technology, computer,
electrical, mechanical etc. A government should ensure the rights of fooding,
clothing, shelter, education and health of its people. A government should
undertake the development works in agricultural, fishery and industrial sectors
and should ensure best utilization of a land and water resources. A government
should introduce and encourage co-operative organization. Small amount of
monthly financial contribution to a national welfare fund can bring solvency in

income to poor people is a system of human welfare. Charity removes social
disparity and creates a global brotherhood. 2.5% of annual savings of rich

unemployment problem will be removed. Rich people should donate poor people
from their annual savings, which will help developing individual as well as
national income. Result of decentralization of wealth raises national income.
In this way, provision will be there for shelter, fooding, clothing, education
and medical facilities, that is a solution of the basic needs of the needy,
invalid and helpless people. The economic system of Islam is not materialistic
but a practical and welfare oriented social system. When religion is preached
through different missions, people start getting social and financial
facilities and gradually they are convinced to religious ideologies. It is
possible to succeed in the programs of preaching religion and sole entity and
authority of God in short-term (1-3years), mid-term (1-5years), and long-term
(1-25 years) basis. A government should acquire land, make development and
financial budgets, sanction money for different development works on basis
pre-hand information, should establish educational institutions, hospitals,
charitable organization, prayers halls, community centers etc. A government
should organize weekly meetings between the people and the local government authority
and to receive and dispose their complains verbally or in writings.

society. Which help in flourishing of souls and making the lives of individuals
full-fledged. Religions with enormous rules and regulations are necessary for
controlling the unwanted characters of human beings. All religious formalities
become meaningless if people can’t be led towards acquiring correct ideology.
Giving mass education and preaching religion should be there throughout all
localities. Principles of which should be good manner, sanctity, truthfulness
and benevolence. A society can be made free from crime through birth of human
beings in a well planned reproductive system. One's liberty should be interfered
only with an intention of rectifying his character. You should be a
full-fledged one through faith in Allah and rectification of your character and
at the same time, you should also try to encourage others to follow the same
principle. We should follow the orders and instructions of God through all over
activities. Wise, intelligent and experienced person should be elected from
every community and they should be given the responsibilities of administering
and leading a government. Well qualified persons should administer the world
with the intention of welfare for the people. He who is having authority is
also having responsibility as well. General mass are unable to lead themselves.
They are to be guided and lead. Every moving thing needs an operator. Because
every dynamic thing is depend on something else. Roles of ideology and
leadership are of utmost important for development works. Somebody dies,
somebody escapes and somebody wins in the struggle of life. Encouraging words

any controversy among the countries without any partiality. European Union,
Common Wealth Countries or United Nations Organization is such an international
organization. Intelligence and efficiency are required to form a treaty
organization. Fascination of relationship should have a strong foundation which
should be useful of protecting each other from any danger. It keeps a community
under a strong unity. Self defense and attack, when necessary, is the duty of a
sovereign organization. Its prime objectives are establishment of peace, making
treaty with other countries, controlling the subordinates and looking after
mass welfare. Every state should invite every state to live with trust,
friendship, regards, to each other and remain united. They should consider
themselves related with each other and everybody should help each other. Only
the genius persons having a strong personal influence can realize this idea
fully and can give it a shape of an organization. To think and research for

performance- The emotional state of the group influences team processes and
outcomes. For example, a group in a positive mood displays more coordination
between members, yet sometimes the effort they apply is not as high as groups
in a negative mood. Another role emotions play in group dynamics and
performance is the relation between intra-group task-conflicts and
relationship-conflicts. It is assumed that conflicts related to the task can be
beneficial for achieving the goal, unless these task-conflicts lead to
relationship-conflicts among the team members, in which case the performance is
hindered. The traits that decouple task from relationship conflicts are
emotional attributes such as emotional intelligence, intragroup relational
ties, and norms for reducing or preventing negative emotionality. Hence aspects
of group emotion have an impact on the outcome. Other findings are that an
increase in positive mood will lead to greater cooperativeness and less group
conflict. Also, positive mood results in elevated perceptions of task

birth control and giving food to some hungry people. Man usually remains busy
in his own respective business and this is how they lead their lives. Most
people think of own pleasure, a number of people think of the pleasure of their
children, few people think about the national pleasure and happiness, some
people think happiness of the man kind. A person should enlarge the field of
his activities engaging himself with a great social work. People should be
educated, thus they will be able to solve their problems themselves. Everybody
should take some vocational training so that they can maintain their livelihood
with the help of this training, if needed. Good health of those who have no
interest for work are useless for the society. Somebody becomes confused when
they find contradiction between an ideology and its implementation. When a
positive attitude in this regard is created within oneself he takes interest in
his professional activities becomes diligent and becomes successful in all the
walks of his life. An intelligent person makes use of an opportunity and
reaches to his goal. He who wants to see, listen and follow a right path can do
