Don't waste time, don't think too much and engage in a
positive work with confidence. At the beginning pretend to love your job. Gradually
you will acquired and if you like it, your work will gain speed. Initiative is
the most important factor for succeeding in any job. So, we should find out a
job which is having a positive purpose, because there is various way. You are
to take trouble yourself to find out the way. One’s life can be bloomed with
his concentrated efforts and energy. Consciousness is required to find out
means and plans suitable for serving a purpose. And know how of a job is
necessary for planning. Compromise, conflict, movement, steadiness and
confusion are the causes behind peace and inspiration for doing a job. We
should seeking knowledge with our physical, verbal and mental efforts and will
power, doing our undone jobs and should not giveup religion is best attempt. Give
time for the subject known and liked by you. In this way you will get
inspiration and liveliness alongwith success. Will power perception,
philosophy, knowledge etc. act as rays of light on human beings. Demands are
unlimited but supply is limited. An unbound high ambition, compels a man to
adopt any measure to hit his target. A man cannot think what he can do. A man
can make an impossible into possible by efforts. We know very little about
ourselves, as such, we are not that what we assume us. A man's mental world is
the foundation of all his deeds. A man's actions are generated from himself and
is controlled by his conduct. We should continuously try to achieve our goal
without any negligence. Setting an aim and an objective are the sources of
motion and change. Those who are engaged in thinking, invent and discover the
wonderful things in the world. It is quite natural that if a man is permitted
to a higher status, he forgets his past. Take initiative, your mind will be
delighted with hopes. Everything grows in a soft atmosphere. As such,
everything is weak in the beginning. A trip of a thousand miles start with a
little step. Plan to do an easy job before it becomes hard, do a short task
before it becomes long. It is better to wait for the morning rather that
starting a job in the evening. If somebody wants to do a new thing, he is to
follow the people who have done it earlier. One cannot prosper in his life
without efforts although he is having many qualifications. One cannot do
anything without any effort but simple wishing for the same. A prey does not
enter automatically in the mouth of a lion. One can proceed forward or backward
according to his wish. He can also face any danger, but those who want to
invade a palace either succeeds or fails. We should try to do a job, whatever
it may be. Those who can do it are supermen. Who is the leader, your conscience
itself is your leader. It is your sense of duty, who is your leader. Those who
are proud of their own glory and confident in their own power, will never
attempt to do any low activity. An enthusiastic man never suffers, there is no
friend like enthusiasm and no enemy like laziness. Assess your wants and then
try to earn it. You are to overlook tiny matters, if you want to do a great
thing. It is better to be attentive towards important matters that bring good
result in the long run. Have a clean and specified idea and confidence about
your objectives. An idea is required to implement anything. When confidence,
concentration and firmness is added to an idea, a man becomes successful. Keep
on trying even after repeated failures. Definition of lunacy is to do the same
thing again and again but to expect a new result. Stop what is fruitless and
think about doing a new thing, pause a little and consider what you are doing
and what not. Find out a new way of thinking, find out such a man who has done
what you want to do. Entertain them. Be known of small techniques from them. To
find out a proper thing to purchase, a proper business to do, proper men for some
purpose, proper investor to invest is just like a dating. You are to go to the
market, to talk to many persons, to propose for something. To be prepared for a
proposal to bargain, to reject a proposal and to accept a proposal. All these
are the parts of the process of our life. Process of realizing the value of
something, is always the same. You are to know what you are searching and then
you are to proceed. He cannot do anything who does not try to do it. But
nothing is impossible for mankind, they can do anything if they try to do so.
Inanimateness or hindrance does not come in the way of an interesting and
multifarious work. He has the right to prosper in life who has a strong mental
power. No great or noble thing can be done without efforts or struggle.
Initiative is the source of power of job and negligence is the root of
destruction. A job is done or improved by action and the past and the future
jobs are spoiled due to laziness. Initiative and maintenance of peace are the
ways to gain a new things and to preserve the gained things. Failure often
comes due to lack of initiative, not due to lack of cash capital. Impossible
hinders the way of every great deed. Those who begins a job with a good
intention, no job will seem to be impossible to them. Those who are efficient
and persevering, very little things seem to be impossible to them. If you don't
do a job with initiative, you won't get a good result. If somebody takes
initiative to do everything at a time it will be a folly. Nobody knows what he
can do till he try to do so. There is nothing impossible in the world.
Everything seems to be impossible to a coward, fool and confused person. Those
who are clever and courageous try to do something.
