be made skilled, efficient and trained in the same ratio in the field of

required for production and comes industrial development. With the industrial
development , the total amount of capital increases and due comparative
decreases of the changing capital rate of profit decreases. The changing
capital or the labour power cannot increase proportionately with the increase
of the total amount of capital and its unchanging part. As a result due to
increase of investment, amount of profit increase as well as comparatively
surplus man power is increase but
proportionately the rate of profit decrease. The surplus manpower remain
in the shapes of fully inactive, unemployed, partially employed etc. With the
increase and spreading up of social wealth and capitals ,surplus man power will
also increase. If birth is not controlled competitively. When the rate of
profit decreases volume of capital increase small capitalists are driven away
from the capital market and the centralization of capital increases. With the
decrease of rate of profit various
social effects come out including abundance of production and capital,
decrease of purchasing capacity, surplus manpower, crisis in savings and
professional brokery. Abundance of capital at a stage is invested in
unproductive sector. For example brokers commission agents, middleman etc are
the products of idle capital.

grows from the decrease of profit
in connection with the savings of the capital.
Expansion and contraction of production depend on the rate of profit in proportion
to the total amount of capital. If a commodity has no market value, it
is not possible to gain anything including unchanging changing capital and
surplus value. Production depends on the capacity of production of the society
but sale in the market depends on the proportional relation between the
different types of productions and on the power of consumption of the society.
Characteristics of capitalism is to manifest the production capacities upto the

and job, people don't get a job all
kinds of anti social activities like begging lewdness extravagancy indiscipline
etc are increase. The idle people among the surplus population should not be
kept idle and are to be engaged in agriculture and industry, in this way with
the decrease of vagabond inactive and unemployed people poverty of the society
will decrease as well. The state itself is to mange for saving the young
generation from derailing since their early age. National development is like a
tree, agriculture is its root, industry is the branches and trade is leaf. When
there is an ulcer in the root of a tree its leaves shade itself, branches break
down and the tree dies. The society which does not want epidemic or war should
control its growth of population. The income of rural people did not increased,
but price of essential goods including commodities have increased. Nothing has
been done to arrange of basic need to life bearing of jobless oppressed people.
Whether poor do not get any benefit from free open community, then existing
riches of the society will not be safe. The impact is found to the low level
infrastructure and unrest political environment and density of people. It
should be turned up into economic power getting proper attention to development
of infrastructure, agriculture and human resources. Skills and technology
should be imported for economic development. Delaying decision making process,
red tapes oppress of bureaucracy, lack of proper responsibility to solve
problem, political unrest, degraded moral power of polluted environment, lack
of justice and elevate of crime etc are obstacles for economic growth.
Eradication of such problem can be done within 2 to 5 years with the
cooperation of gov. and NGO. It is quite possible to become a rich nation
through eradication of poverty by compulsory employment. Collective development
is essential for national economical development. Scientific procedures should
be expanding to increase production of land and water. Unemployment, poverty
and diseases increase in a country when agriculture, industry, trade and
commerce of the country are disturbed. New professions are created in a country
when agricultural products become surplus over there. Scientific way of
industrial production is necessary for economic development. Trade and commerce
of a country gradually squeeze when industrial production of a country
decreases. One kind of feudalism develops in a country when a standstill
economic condition prevails over there. The rural workers class are an easy
victims of oppression. A well-balanced society cannot grow without proper
evaluation of work of the workers class by protecting them from suppression.

Production depends on natural, human and financial resources. Savings and
accumulation of fund is necessary for gradual development of a society. A large

between the owners and the workers is

labour power. The level of these

Due to social reasons, difference of this level varies to a great extent.
Peoples comfort level of the developed countries are higher than that of the
third world. As such, value of labour is also higher there. People adapts the way of labour from the nature. All
raw materials require labour but all labours don't require raw martial. But a
material can become a raw material only when it goes through a particular process. Industrial machineries mediate
between the labour of the worker and the product. Mechanical, structural and
chemical properties of some materials are used for subjugating some other
materials. So people subjugate the industrial machineries before the products.
Amount of labour is determined by the duration of labour. Increase and decrease of productivity
is determined by the average efficiency of the workers, scientific development
and its application, organization of the
production system, availability of machines and its effectiveness natural and
geographical environment, some special reasons etc. When production capacity of
a machinery is decreased, more man hours are required, so price of
commodities rise at that time. Market
rate of labour are determined by its demand and supply. If production is based on capitalism, reproduction will
also be the same. When a definite portion of the sale proceeds of production is
allotted for further production, cyclic production is possible. From the sale
proceeds of the production of the previous week wages for the current weak is
paid to the workers. A capitalist pay wages by money. Money is on the other
hand, the products manufactured by the a labour. A labour not only produces a
surplus value or a profit he is to produce in advance the value by which he
will be paid his wages. A worker remains
employed, so long he can reproduce. The basic idea behind capitalistic
production is to keep workers products machineries and raw materials separated
from each other. When the surplus value is not spent for personal consumption
but is added with capital and is used for reproduction is called capital
saving. By capital savings amount of both capital and production increase. Excluding the time required for
work, sleep, cleanliness and taking food if a worker don't spend his time by
eating and drinking, gossiping, idling or in indiscipline activities but finds
out his personal and social needs and spends his time to meet the same,
national development will be there. They may utilize their leisure hours by repairing roads and bridges, cleaning
ponds, canals and ditches, voluntarily and happily shouldering other taskes and
thus giving them comfort and rest and relieving them from hardship. Meaningless
and harmful games are to be avoided but amusements which are not harmful are not prohibited. Where game of money is
there professionals for arranging immoral amusements also grow there. Wants
create greed within a man. When a man can enjoy
the output of other labour he
become lazy and at the same time a man loses interest in his work when he has
no chance of gain from it. Labour of worker is the father of human
civilization. The original sources of production are land and labour. As soon
as a surplus value is created in the process of production a facility enjoying

labours and stealing labour sweat. If you feed a man a

them come from farmer class. When agriculture is introduced all arts follow it.
So farmers are the original inventor of human civilization. The first framer
was an ancient man and all historical civilizations depended on possession of
land and utilizing it. If you burn your cities and save your farms then cities
will again stand up automatically. But if you destroy your farms then graves
will grow on all the roads of the cities. Villages are the chickens which are
eaten by cities with full contentment. Villages produce and the urbans consume.
We are weaker in physical strength and speed in comparison with animals but we
have experience, memory, wisdom and efficiency, by which we can collect
products by them. If you plant a tree today and think about its flower,
fruits, shadow, beauty, wood and seeds you will get a picture of eternity in
it. Farming is as good as prayers, planting a tree is as good as preaching
religion and collection of crops is as good as spiritual salvation. Use your
warrior horse for farming. Engineering technologies determine the factors of
meeting the state concerning, cultural, social, financial, professional and
even religious demands. History of the world is one kind of daily menu of
mankind. A begging undermines the prestige of a nation more than anything else.
So first of all we should save the country from food crisis. New ideas and

progressive nations. The farmers of our country should realize that no nation
can survive for long by grasp old ideas.
Scientist may invent any kind of improved crop or technology but so long the
farmers will not accept and use it, it carries no value at all. The money spent
for modernization of agriculture will not bring a good result till our peasants
don’t get the modern agricultural machineries, learn cultivating land in using
modern technology and do not cultivate their lands by purchasing and the modern
machineries under co-operative societies. The most helpless condition of the
framers of our country is seen in the market. They sell their hard earned crops
like a puppet of others. They
are to supplied with fertilizers, seeds, fuel for power pump, pesticides,
modern agricultural systems engineering and technologies free of cost or in
cheap rate. Minimum fair price of crops is to be determined and its
materialisation is to be ensured. We should work together with the framers
should bank with them, should make hygienic dwelling houses for them, should
repay their loans, should arrange for educating their children, should arrange
for their livelihood in their old age, should make road for them, should make
dams for them, should remove their crisis of water, should grow a cooperative
spirit among them and there are many thing more which we can do for them. The
basic form of cooperative movement is to develop field of common-resource and
joint-work. Different persons, organizations and associations should forward to
maintain coordination between common interest and individual interest through

run activities easily. All responsibility including cultivation, fertilizer,
irrigation, seed collection, seed sowing, caring field is to be steamed among
all gradually. The problems of seeds, fertilizers, irrigation, insecticides,

falls down, so by storing crops it is possible to get reasonable price by

member falls in any problem, cooperative extends its helping hand. About
approval, utilization and paying back the loan, cooperative has collective
responsibility. The decision unity of cooperative members and the
socio-economic condition should be same. If an enthusiastic member brings two
interested members, it becomes easier to develop cooperative on multi level
basis. Rural growers are not getting the right prices of their farm and
non-farm produces. On the other hand, they have to pay higher prices for the
items they buy. From commercial point of view, crop production is a losing
venture. Production costs of many major crops, including rice and jute, appear
higher than the value of the produces. Farmers often avoid cultivating those
due to higher capital investment. Bumper
production has become bane for the farmers, as remain unsold. Crop loss comes as a
disaster for the sharecroppers. Because he has to pay back the money he
borrowed for investing in the cropland and he loses the capacity for further
investment in cultivation. Along with universal serial income and expenditure,

facilities for both farm and non-farm produces. There can be some in-built
arrangements in district towns and cities where the growers themselves can
project and sell their produces directly to the consumers. These arrangements
will break unholy chains of intermediaries and increase the growers’ share of
benefits. A state cannot progress as long as it can solve its unemployment
problem. It is the duties of a state to arrange for livelihood of its citizens
through employment. Citizens are to be employed family wise through employment
exchange under monthly employment
guarantee scheme. The more man hours and employment opportunity will be
created under food for work scheme the more overall financial development will
be there. When it is found that barren lands and unemployed poor people are
together in a country it becomes very clear that the land laws of that country
has undermined the basic human rights. Reasons for increasing landlessness are
excessive growth of population, commercial conditions against the interest of agriculture,
non industrialization, extortion of villages by the cities, extortion by the
money lenders and other types of extortions unemployment etc. Today we acquire
a few benefits for ourselves and for some other persons by raising demands, by
creating disturbances, by stalling public life, by creating the prospect of a
serious fault. None falls behind in this act, the employees, the teachers, the
professionals, none stays out of it. So, the oppressed as they are by others,
are inclined to oppress others. We do not feel the necessity to remember that
the same amount of extra income will have to be created somewhere to provide
extra benefit. We do not care about
the losses of an establishment, but we will have to be given the bonus, our
salary should be raised. The industries and the factories do not earn even half
of the current expenses. But our demands for raising salaries have to be met.
The talk of making the country self-reliant by making the economy bankrupt in
this manner is ridiculous. The
way to self-reliance is to obey, at all levels, the following policy- our
salary will increase if production increases and surplus is created. The
landless villagers can't manage their food for two times a day. When people are hungry they have
nothing to do with political freedom. Political leaders are to meet all kinds
of dissatisfactions and engage people in maximum finical activities. When
fundamental rights of people can be meet dissatisfaction cannot grow up there.
The meaningful way to save people is to arrange for their minimum required
food, clothing, shelter, medical treatment and education. Head of a state is to
ensure the fundamental rights of his citizens upto the farthest corner of
the state. Because he takes remuneration
for it otherwise the ruler will be removed. Ministers collect wealth from
other countries avoiding a war. To save
a kingdom it is to be widened. It is like human body it starts destroying as
soon as its development is stopped. A state should collect revenue from various
sources like bees collect honey. A state should stop importing commodities
which is physically mentally financially or in any way harmful for the
citizens. It should introduce policies according to the feelings desires and
satisfaction of its citizens. Efforts and techniques of the industrialists and
the traders is the root of development of a country. Many people think about
the poor but few of them do something for them. The path of responsibility lies
nearby but people search for it far away. Sense of responsibility is required
not only for fulfilling a desire but it is also required for exercising ones
power. Rich people are to take the liabilities of the poor and wise men are to
shoulder the liabilities of the ignorant people. Nobody takes a liability
against his will. Those who have no new thing to be done believe in rebirth.
The whole world is an interrelated arrangement, where productivity is limited, hare extortion,
torture and as a result distress and poverty of the majority due to greed for
subjugating personal property by a few is very natural. When people of
same class don’t get equal share of anything quarrel starts there and complains,
arise. A co-operative and united life breaks up due to need for comfort.
Livelihood is much comfortable where there is an improved system of production.
A single person cannot produce all the commodities he need, he is to depend on
others products. Through co-operative institutions, personal capital of
production increases along with collective capacity. Reason for more production
under co-operative institution is that when many people work together the need
less raw materials comparatively and less time is also required in this process
as a result more production can be derived in less time. A cooperative society
manifests social unity. So long somebody unites the workers they don’t get the scope to work together. At
the same time machineries and other requirements for production are to be
centralized. Production mainly depends on the working efficiency of the
workers. To increase production proper tools are also required along with the
working efficiency of the workers. Due strong control of the society on caste
and guild there was a definite limit of division of labour among the common
people. During producing handicrafts a worker works with his tools but a
machines gets work done by a workers in a factory. In the capitalistic system
of production use of brain and application of creativity is monopoly of the
capitalists. A workers rights are established by his work. Production capacity
increases by collective efforts. Capacity of production also varies due to some
natural factors for example essential commodities, crops, fruits, fishe,
minerals, forests, water reservoirs etc. Only a co-operative society can change
and improved the standard of life of
common people. Only an organization can
create unity and social base to the common people through work. An organization
is a social structure when the disunited people are organized a foundation of
their empowerment is created. It becomes easy for them to publicize the message
of their development and to serve the society. As a result, during natural calamities,
emergency period and later on operation of relief and rehabilitation programmes
become much easier. Socio-economical, culture and political access can be
created by creating a social structure
through an organization. Participation in social activities and decisions can
be assured making an end to disunity. As a result creativity, self empowerment,
consciousness and sense of responsibility are manifested by using knowledge and
efficiency. Increase of populations is not only a family problem but also an
alarming national and international problem. The most alarming natural
situations are famine, death etc. All creatures has survived winning these odd
situations and gradually they have attained a higher standard of life. Struggle
of human being against the soil with the help of ploughs is their greatest
struggle. A man cannot tolerate the sufferings like that of hell throughout his
life with the hope of never ending happiness in the heaven after death. We are
hearing lamenting of the hungry people, screaming of the sick people, weeping
of the poor people and groaning of the oppressed people around us all along.
Allah has made all the necessity scarce for human being and that has glorified
them. Grass is abundant for the animals but a man is to bet his life for his
livelihood. Poor people are to be divided into groups of 1,000-2,000 persons
are to be rehabilitated in different small villages and are to be engaged in
some job. Farming of domestic animals, birds, fish, vegetables and fruits are
helpful for the new residents. Proper utilization of bane lands, canals,
ditches, graveyards, roads, unused fields, open space for eid prayer and cattle
fields is required. Real arbitrary council may be engaged for land reforms and
employment for their respective villages. Co-operative societies based on
particular rural areas may be the first and foremost steps for making the
village solvent independent and free from poverty. Micro savings can nourish a
co-operative society. Co-operative movement is the easiest way for progress of
farms and the farmers. Only through co-operative movement farmers can save
themselves from distress. It is a matter of regret that until now, co-operative
movement is limited to lending money it is inheriting the rural money lenders
with a slight modified shape but it has not been used for production and
consumption of essential commodities. Now we should work together in a
disciplined way. We should grow creative mentality. Through cooperative system
a group of people may accumulate a capital purchase commodities locally and
export the same in this way profit is certain. Manufacturing everything by
machineries and thus neglecting people will not be tolerated by the society for
long. We believe that a framer should produce superior crops and they should
also get a good price for the same. To establish a stable peaceful atmosphere
in the world a proper way of production
and distribution of wealth should be there. In fact thinking for food is now
the only food of thought.
