Not doing a job but its initiative is the main thing.
Religious teachings are to be felt and thus one’s character is to be changed,
otherwise, mere listening to it and thinking over it will bring no result. When
a job is done according to vision, audition and thought, it is done properly.
Selection of work, time fixation and solution of the problem arised later is
the proper work. Proper co-ordination between emotion and conscientious
thoughts produce work energy within a person. Many causes make an occurrence.
Intention is the root of an action. Nothing is done without a purpose. A small
manifestation of the power generated by one’s body is called work. Such any
thought, any word uttered and any action taken by one physically is a work.
Consciousness is also a work. Because, consciousness combined with a reason
accomplish a work. Those who work on the basis of a strong foundation of
knowledge, have become expert in all matters. Work is the ultimate objective of
knowledge. Because, knowledge without implementation cannot bring prosperity
for anybody. Work is more important than prayer and meditation. Working is the
best prayer. Work is God, a teacher and a respectable. Work is worship and
worship is love. Positive transactions are to be carried out in a working
place. Employment- whole, inauspicious, recollection, pious conduct, arupya,
clear understanding, firmness. We get food and shelter in lieu of work. Rules
for making mosque and architecture are the best religious work. An useless
friend, a fool wife, a boat without a boatman, a broken transport, distant relative
and a wicked companion are harmful during work. Your deeds will establish you,
not your name. Work is powerful, as
God likes rules and controls it. You can attain success only through your
deeds. Not happiness but keep doing one’s duties properly is the aim of our
life. Real pleasure is in works and responsible. Work for work itself. When
someone realizes that worldly life work result is too temporary, he starts
spiritual works. Many people think that to avoid worldly works is piousness.
They think that all works are the causes of bindings and sufferings. So they
think that all types of works should be avoided. But they are mistaken. No to
avoid works but to avoid the greed of work result is sacrifice or piousness. We
can be puritan, if our activities are pure. We may be courteous, if our
activities are courteous. We may be courageous, if our acts are courageous.
What we do is our identity. Everybody is equal so far establishment is
concerned. They are different only in their works. A man's rising or falling
down depend on his works. Work is your closest one. The deed behind which there
is no desire for other praise, is the best and honest deed. Doing great deeds
continuously is called a work. Blessings of Allah is attained if somebody works
sincerely and with a good intention. All the works are the blessings of Allah.
Allah has created us and as well as our works. Working with a good intention
and examining the merits and demerits of work before starting it, bring a good
result. One can enjoy his life, nicely if he works honestly. Once ones honest
activities are spoiled, everything around him goes away within a moment. Work
is the main source of environment, status and well-being of human beings. Work
not for money but as your duty. Money will automatically come in the process of
work. If a soldier or a labourer raises objection for excessive work, withdraw
him from work. The more authority will be taken away from a work, the more the
work will be like a burden of a labour. Initiative of work grows more from
sense of responsibility than from thinking. If you take a responsibility, you
must fulfill it. When there is no delight in a duty, it cannot be called a duty
at all. Rights and duties are complementary to each other. There cannot be a
responsibility without a right and a right without a responsibility. There is a
responsibility in every right there is a moral binding in every facility and a
duty in every independence. He who is always afraid of being distrusted by
another, loses his power of work. As fire is covered with smoke, all deeds are
full of faults, there is no job without any fault. So, don't leave a work, even
if it is faulty. We are to keep on proceeding forward quickly or slowly is the
right work. A noble work remains noble till it remains secret. Every noble deed
makes a way for its own. Every action has a reaction. Reactions of our action
tell us whether a promotion and demotion has been occurred. A beckoning is
sufficient for a wise man but showing thousands of reasons are nothing more
than the talks of a mynah to the fools. No noble deed is done by cleverness.
All good deeds are done with the help of love, truthfulness and courage.
Intelligence follows a work. Works are the results of human thoughts. One’s
humanity is judged by his words and actions. One’s honesty and character is
known by his deeds. Maintain similarity between your words and deeds. Follow
the middle way, start a hard work when it is easier to do. Start a lengthy work
when it is shorter. Everything remains smaller at the beginning. The first step
indicates the future. Work removes disgust and disinterest towards life, vices
and tendency for committing a crime and poverty. Our life is not standing upon
our will but on our works. Words are women and works are men. Sufferings of jobless
man are endless. A jobless life is a living dead body covered with a coffin of
frustration. The active period of a man's life is the actual circumference of
his life. Not by donation or devotion but a man's greatness is judged by his
great deeds. The confidence and mental attitude of an ambitional man is
expressed by his daily activities. In fact, one’s world is limited within the
boundary of his known circle and works. Acquiring of knowledge can not make
wise, rather who is really wise does work as per self-wisdom and do not neglect
for deeds. Why you are not doing though have knowledge and power. And why do
not try to know what you do not know. Because the reason to come in the earth
is this. Use your knowledge and finance like flowing water otherwise it became
useless like closed water. Human deeds can be compared with the index of a
book. It is human deeds which act as the best interpreters of their thoughts.
Our works determine our improvement or downfall. A man is known by his deeds.
Work is pleasure, work is life. One’s works prove that he is alive. Work is the
only source of power and means of removing troubles. Works make our lives
enjoyable. One’s standard of living is determined by his activities.
