Political system is a legal system for maintaining
discipline and doing development works. It is the government organization which
decides the obligatory duties of the people and enforces it. If necessary a
government threatens a defaulter to apply coercive power and it is applied when
needed. A government maintains discipline in a country and regulates all its
activities through threatening or applying its coercive power. Every political
and even non political organization is having their muscleman. It is also there

are a strong structure, regular activities, capable leaders, having different
qualities. The first class qualities required for a political system are

bitter tablets as if they are sweet ones. Politics is a bloodless war and war
is bloodshed politics. A political party is a dangerous thing. They talk more
than deeds quarrel more than talking and grouping more than quarrels. Now a
days the party politics has been converted into conspiracy. If truth is
included in politics, politics loses its main characteristic. Hypocrisy and
deceit are allowed in politics. When religion is separated from politics than
only the rule of Chengis remains. Politics is the greatest gambling. The first

activities. Politics is a kind of art through which people are kept away from
participating in the matters which should be obligatory. The political
consciousness which is away from wisdom and reasonability is against society
and humanity and is aimed at personal benefit of the political leaders. The
world is obedient to two things, those are sword and pen. Sword and pen make

warfare. In the developed society, social status was determined by religious
symptom of a person. In the modern society, social status of person depends on
his wealth and specialized knowledge. Success in the elite class depends on
their consent and fine tactic of apply force on others. Financial difference is
the main object of classification, that means different financial group are
different class. The proximate cause of the collapse of the state has not been
popular pressures protesting poverty, but intense competition for power among
political elites or aspiring elites. Conflict among elites is, of course,
common to many political systems. Power
is exercised by warring gangs, clans, or armies. Ruling class became plunderers, because they
haven’t come to power through any productive process, making the country a

foreigners keep them in power to suit their interests. This element is a crude
form of capitalism. The only way out of this abyss is more investment in the
country, improving the mainstream economy. Economic development generates employment; and
when there is no unemployment, the chances of violence become low. The causes of
violence range from economic factors to structural, intellectual and political
variables. Failed states are
extremely poor, though some have considerable natural resources. Many (though not all)
had only marginally effective state institutions at any time. A person's
existence, all the privileges of his life and his personal prosperity is
determined by his class. Power lying in the hands of the elite- political
elite, bureaucratic elite and other influential people in the society, this is
the dilemma of the whole things. The criterion for power is gaining more assets.
The administrative system rests on the class of people who contain the
financial power. To achieve and sustain power, economic power is necessary.
Economic power lies on jurisdiction of management, not on the ownership. In
that case, the controllers enjoy the supreme benefits without being owners,
holds the absolute power of executive. It is possible to establish strategic
power upon men on the basis of power established upon objects. If faith,
confidence and respect is arisen in public, for the existing power, the
stability of power can be achieved. People become influenced by power,
influence, reward or punishment, like by imprisoning or killing, by publicity,
by creating practice or habit, by employed or unemployed and so on. For
destroying the enemy it is better to compel them to economic collapse, poverty
and epidemic than to threat them to kill. Those who fail in preserving the
tenants interest, being ousted from power became charged and penalized for
their unjust performance. In the absence of trial for abuse of power, the tool

careless power. Political parties tend to keep everything hazy to prevent their

be in power, the government belongs to the capitalist class. Therefore, in term
of class consciousness, any government is, in the final analysis, a government
of their own people. It is necessary to
help their own interests. Elected governments and democratic systems in most of
these countries collapsed, there are many minor reasons behind the slipping
away of power from the elected government to the military in the underdeveloped
countries, but the main reason is the cultural backwardness. Non economic and
cultural aspects helped the economic development of countries and along with
this helped the harmonious development of a system of state. The differences
are due to the different levels in the maturity of capitalism and the cultural
level of the ruling classes. Ruling
class has not developed as fast as they have emerged as a wealthy class. Similarly, as a
bourgeois class they have not yet got organized. This is the reason behind the absence of such
bourgeois maturity in the areas of industry, trade and administration. The political
leadership with a low level of culture in these countries begin to get isolated
from the people within a short period after getting free from colonial rule.
Many crises crop up and the countries fall under the grip of the military. The bourgeoisie
in these countries have no other option to preserve and maintain their class
rule. Effective functioning of democratic political parties is an important
condition for a democratic ruling system. Local teachers or dedicated social
workers, who were traditionally chosen to chair are now lost in the game of
money and muscle power. In democracy, instead of eligible person a popular
person wins in vote by majority. Unworthy voters fail to establish satisfactory
democracy being victim of emotion. Democratic political parties are correctly
absent in the backward countries. What
we see in the name of political parties are autocratic organisations. Consequently,
autocratic rules prevail in these countries instead of democratic system of
government. The lords of the slaves, feudal lords and capitalists have led the
states for ages after ages. As a state remained under the control of
influential class and as this class has used the state as its representative,
the state has become favourite or opposite to the privileged class and could
not look after interest of common people. The method of co-ordination among
state, government, administration, judiciary, law and political parties, is
called politics, this is related to power. Politics is a process of acquiring
and taking over power and being powerful, it is easier for a powerful man to
acquire wealth. Power means having control on material, financial and
intellectual assets. A man becomes powerful through an understanding with the
source of power. One can be financially and socially powerful for a long
period. A government imposes high rates of duties on imported commodities and
thus it favours the local manufacturers to sell low quality commodities at
higher rates to its citizens. A government increases its wealth by using cheep
manufacturing coins, imposing taxes on vague grounds, collecting compensation
without valid reasons and misappropriating the powers of the government. Poor
people work as day labours, as such, they are more profitable to a state than for
themselves and they are simple and polite. On the other hand the rich men are
greedy, conspicuous and non profitable to a state. Rich people are
undisciplined as they are having excessive wealth. They use to influence the
bureaucrats through too much flattery, bribe and gifts. They purchase and sell
government positions in liue of money. They manage to continue a government
portfolio or to remove somebody, from that position with the power of their
money. At present situation one is to give something to somebody after taking
it from somebody else, there is no other way. Always it happens like engraining
disease to cure some other limb or to harm somebody to help somebody else. An
organization is the source of power, which is necessary for protecting properties.
Power of a state is centralized in the hands of the wealthy man. Ownership of
property gives birth to political power. A wealthy man wants to be powerful and
as such in every step, he is obstructed by establishment through political
process. Wealth of a man increases with the increase of his power. He who has
taken some responsibility to do something for others has taken up a bit
leadership as well. The power of organization a group of people showing
sympathy is called leadership. The authorized, traditional, legal, justified,
supported and recognized power is called authority. Authority is the
organizational form of power. Standard of class is determined on the basis of
its power, wealth, status or any other qualities like those. Classification of man
should be based only on their human values. A simple word of a king is more
valuable than the words of oath of an ordinary man. Valueless words of powerful
man are also treated as valuable. On the other hands valuable words of a poor
man are rejected as valueless ones. There are some people who does not know how
to utilize their powers, although they are having much of it. That is the
greatest power of a man by which he can hide his hypocrisy and diplomacy. The
wine of power is very strong. A wealthy man is addicted to wine, women and
wealth, as a result he loses his human values. He who becomes powerful, becomes
an autocrat. Two kings declare a war but the soldier die. It is not a bad deed
for a king to decrease somebody's power or to occupy somebody's house. As
feather of a peacock is its greatest enemy, many king were killed due to their
excessive power. Don't face an enemy if you don't have sufficient power. When
somebody has nothing to do, his power of punching other becomes very strong. It
is also a great power to curtail other’s powers. A man can go down to any limit
for greed of money and power. When somebody snatches some others weapons his
own weapons become reckless. Acquiring power destroying other’s liberty is a
peculiar tendency of human being’s. Dominating on other taking risk of one’s
own existence is also a peculiar tendency of human being. Keep your subjects
always in poverty and frustration and make fun with their faith and ideas and
you will find that it will be easier for you to rule them and they will accept
you as their leaders very easily. It is easy to rule an intoxicated or poor
nation. To a ruler people are a herd of sheep, it is more profitable to get
works done by man than by animals. According to a ruler, common people should
not have any chance of speaking, power of ruling or liberty. According to him,
people should be controlled by exercising powers, threatening and oppression
instead of mutual discussion and co-ordination. To control the medias of
information and publicity extensively, means to establish one's dictatorship.
The ruling class has now introduced a new process of extortion and rule and
this is mechanical process. They are destroying us by illusioning on desires
through programs which they publicize through cinema and radio in the disguise
of presentation of arts. Clash among mankind will stop only when tendency of
expansion of power will stop. Human being will be innocent when they won't have
ambitions. An educated man means a dissatisfied man. It is too hard to rule dissatisfied
people. A communist has nothing to lose except his life. Priests, saint and
moulanas don't like questioning at all. The want foolish obedience and faith.
Peace can't be established by applying force but it can be established through
understating only. Sometimes people are controlled with the threatening of
death, this is a process of one class of people for extorting people by
purchasing their labour at a very low price. You can rule the world forever
through love. The status of power whether has not been established on principal
can not be sustained. Those who are really courageous, never show their power
to the weak people. Civilization is led by power, here space for sympathy is
too less. Nobody can't change a man, at best he can be kept silent, a dictator
does the same thing. Failure of dictatorship harms mankind more than what a
temporary failure of democracy does. There is too much risk in dictatorship,
because its rhythm of actions and stability are uncertain. When its success
makes the fields full of crops, it kills its roots hidden at the same time.
Military rule or autocracy comes through a tunnel keeping hand on hand with
thoughtless aimless, ideology less and frustrated politics. Till the superman
like a dictator will come, the oppressing communism, the high rate of interest
monger capitalism, the sword displayer Nazism, the independence killer fascism,
egoistic socialism and the shouting internationalism wont be able to solve the
problems of mankind. Political anarchies keep on dividing countries after
countries into different geographical pieces. Terrorism and war increases due
to the competition for pulling other countries under the domain of a particular
country. In a nutshell, fascism means emotion instead of reasoning, self interest
instead of popular interest, exercising of powers of the strong to the weak
instead of equity among different classes, coercion instead of discussion,
establishing one’s personal opinion instead of others opinions and ideologies,
continuing wars for enlarging one's powers and interests and keeping on
expressing one's supremacy. The fascism, which creates an inhuman madness which
is devoid of conscience taking the advantage of peoples frustration is called
Nazism. Democracy counts heads only but does not bother for brains. Wise men
are distressed in democratic system. Because, they went to the street daily
wetted their clothing and tried to convince people to take shelter in their
homes to avoid wetting yet they failed to convince them most of the time. So the
wise men remain at home and save themselves. System or provision have no code
of conduct and liability. Democracy has introduced a system of electing
innumerable incapable persons as a remedy of selecting a few number of
corrupted persons. They live in fool’s paradise who think that election or
casting votes will solve all problems. Election is nothing but a process or
method of acquiring power. A ship will surely sink down if it is to determine
the direction of its movement while in the middle of a sea through votes of the
majority. Reasoning infront of the egoism of authority is nothing but an
intolerable offence. It does not forward the boat of justice like the stormy
wind in favour rather it capsizes the boat. Election is a terror against
principle, blood shedding as a process of politics creates an atmosphere like a
war, it is expiation for all who are involved in it. The dishonest politics
shapes humanity as slavery. The poor become foolish to realize vote through
untrue and false commitment. The politicians does not seek solution of problem,
because of there power depend on the complexity of problem. When they are in
power, they create dangerous atmosphere to prove that danger exists in the
country, so that people become panic. As a result it become easier to keep them
slave as much miseries and fear exists. The politicians pull votes by
depositing weakness of people. Most of the politicians are extreme corrupted,
the people know their hunger for power. Either public representatives
themselves or they have connection with crime doers, even they have own force.
Only not politicians, priests, bureaucrats, businessman and organizations have
been implicated with crime. Controlled politicians are sold or purchased at
first within sales and purchase market. The politicians always create unrest
through encouraging conflict and inequality. The politicians are great
criminals in the corrupted society. The politicians makes the nation week and
handicap to make their stand stronger. Racism is the weapon to get political
power in the name of protecting disadvantaged minority interest. The materials
poverty has remedy but poverty of soul has no prevention. Elected government by
a largest group of illiterate, ineligible persons does not mean democracy.
Because they do not know who will rule, who will be governed, what purpose they
will be ruled. The responsible government will take reform to prevent
injustice, poverty for establishing democracy by uproot ignorance. Democracy
forwards two years back than autocracy, because the party leaders are to
flatter the head of the government by all the time. Democracy means clashes and
conflicts by the people and for the people. Violence is the foundation of
ruling a democratic state. In a democratic system, the majority group of people

Democracy can become the most influential ideology in the history of mankind,
if it comprises of the four characteristics mentioned above. The first lesson
of democracy is to evaluate and honour an individual. The first and foremost
condition of democracy is tolerance to others opinions. Showing regard for
different opinion and to agree with the different opinion is the greatest
democracy. Democracy is a holy place of showing regard to each other. Human
nature is formed on the basis of equity, as such a sense of equity is equally
available in all individuals. So equity is the basic ideology of democracy.
Democracy can be the most influential ideology in the history of mankind if it
comprises of the characteristics like unity, diligence and sacrifice. The
struggle of democracy is to be kept flowing towards various fields like
political, economic, international, educational, scientific, artistic and
religious matters like the multiple flows of culture. The basic ideology of
democracy is self analysis and creating a sense of self respect. Democracy is
co-ordination between liberty and equity and individualism and socialism. A
democratic government is such a government which is formed by the people and
for the people. Democracy can flourish itself only where the troubles and distress
of people are reduced even to the slightest degree. Democratic system has
attained respectable position in the world as a tested way of relief from the
misdeeds and misuse of powers of the politicians. Democracy has manifested
itself as political ideology of the capitalistic society after the fall of
feudalism. Democracy recognizes merits and knowledge of people. Good
administration, prosperity and development is hard and almost impossible where
money and private ownership of properties and assets is the basis of all kind
of influence. The only way to collective prosperity of people is to make a
permanent way of common and equal rights of people in everything. Endeavour for
organizational co-operation can be taken upto implement something socially. When
a whole arrangement remains effective on the basis of its dependence on its
different parts, is called a system. System is a theoretical structure for
collecting, selecting and organizing daturm regarding a particular arrangement.
It is a collective arrangement on the basis of mutual relation. Different
factors of a system are engaged in influencing each other and acting and
reacting. Every system is a kind of communication arrangement, at the final
stage the system becomes automatic. Progressive programs based on ideology,
activeness, stability aiming at successful attainment of goal etc. are the
fundamental objectives of any system. Political system are more important than
the interest of the state. Progressive activities are more important than
power. Likely structure more than an organization, role more than setting an
office. Political culture and education are more important than popular
opinions and training people. The existing governments are supported by the
foreign power and represents three power group interest like looting rich,
business class, civil and defense bureaucracy class. The bureaucracy fix
subject, but do not solve problem, which solution is found after analyzing and
decision of subject that is more worst than the problem. They all time seek
exemption from liability. Bureaucracy has created such a situation, where
transaction of file is more than the work done. But the result can not achieve
because the late finishing is full of selfishness and corruption. Bureaucracy

transparency of work, accountability and justice. It is they who supply money
for election, cause rise and fall of government that is the principal driving
force. The government of the country, media, intellectuals, litterateurs,
professional organization and everything is controlled by them. From politician
to columnist, many of them are included in their salary list. People are the
power, accountable government, parliamentary democracy all these are simply
words. Principles of the rulers and the subjects are quite different from each
other like two trees standing by side. Bureaucracy salutes the chairs. The
bureaucracies establish the interest of ruling community through bureaucratic
administration. The rival bureaucracy and judicial process poor the power of
people, as a result, the moral defeat of government is done. Whether it is

power searching for friends and behaving differently with people. The ministers
are to remain under the command of king, so the risk of danger for the
ministers is not less than a king. Member of detective organization are to
remain every where always among all classes and in all professions, and
counter-intelligence organizations should also be there to observe the former
ones. The characteristics of bureaucracy are undergoing training for performing
some special duties and maintaining direct liaison with the political policy
makers through some prescribed rules. A state can achieve its actual goal by a
decentralized government. The main function of a government is to save
properties and to gain new properties. All the activities of the civilized
nations are basically aimed at increasing wealth. But a government should also
recognize equity and liberty of every individual. A government is just like a
personal garden. As a personal garden becomes more beautiful day by day on the
basis of the care and efforts given for it. Just like that, a government can
also be progressive through patriotic efforts. The society is more dependable
on citizens character rather his wisdom. Any form of government is good so long
it conducts everything well. A government can be classified by determining
which class they are patronizing. Political organizations of a country are
organized by the future planners of that country. Every organization not only
remains limited to its own activities but also shows path to the opposition
parties. As a result, the characters of people are seen is the characteristics
of a government. In a nutshell, government becomes that symbol of its people.
The larger the size of a government will be the more money will be required for
its maintenance and the more tax will be imposed on the people. The lesser the
number of members of an organization will be, the lesser expenses it will
require. A government imposes more and more taxes on the daily essential

National loan, high rate of taxes and various revenues affect common people
adversely. Characteristics of a government can be determined by the
characteristics of its society. Formation of a government is more important
within any other social, political, financial or religious organizational
system. Moral and ideological aim of a government should be to make good
citizens, intelligent people, give them liberty of principles make people
active, remove luxury and extravagancy, remove difference of rich and poor,
establish equity, stop accumulating wealth through oppression and showing
greed, give people liberty of thinking

slaves of the government, should be engaged in works in mines, deserts and

should be to work for the development of state. Laws of a land should be clear
comprehensible to the public and less in number, so that people can remain
regardful to the laws. Justice is an ensured way of unity among the people in
republic. Justice is the strongest and the most ensured tie among the citizens

greed for money enters in the field of justice. A state should deprive of all
kinds of honour for the irreligious people. A government is a trust and the

a large demand of the people. To maintain neutrality a government should be
strong enough. A parliament has three states, but the farthest row of the
journalists is the fourth state of the parliament. It is useless to complain to
any government about anything. Because a government does not have eyes, ears or
nose. An one eyed man becomes the king of the land of the blind people. Fear
creates worship lord and desire of mastering crates kings. He who can grab all
the bad qualities of a land becomes an emperor. A king rules but does not
conduct administration. The king who is useless to people is unnecessary. When
the people are looked after properly by a government, the world seems to be a
vineyard to the people. A kingdom is destroyed due to its kings, husband
suffers due to his wife’s faults. If you want to be a king feel the troubles of
thousand of people as your own. Consider the troubles of thousands of people as
your own. Shoulder the poverty of people as of yours, he who can do so, can
become a real king. Honours and security of the head of a state depend on the
wealth of its citizens. People elect the head of the government with the hope
that their lives and properties will be protected, they will prosper day by day
due to the efforts and good considerations of the head of the government. To
look after the citizen is the duty of the head of a government, as a shepherd
feeds his sheep. In fact, to make such arrangement that a few persons will lead
their lives in pleasure and wealth and the rest will weep and groan due to
poverty, is not the duty of the head of a government but is the duty of a
jailor. The head of a state should mainly rule over the rich wealthy and
solvent. It is against ones prestige to rule over the beggars. Development
means effective progress of social system on the context of cultural,
economical, technological, educational and political systems that is a total
progress of a society. From the very beginning of modernization process, movement
is to be conducted by the efficient and influential leaders through creating
